Hedgerow (Blackberry) Gin

Indulge in the smooth, fruity flavour of our Hedgerow Gin. Made with wild blackberries found growing as hedgerows all around the farm, this gin offers subtle vanilla notes on the nose and a refreshing tartness on the tongue. Enjoy the taste of sunshine and the perfect fusion of blackberry and juniper, with the warmth of cinnamon.

Tasting Notes: fruit and spice, and a hint of vanilla

Blackberry & Citrus Fizz:

• 2 oz of Hedgerow Gin
• 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust to your sweetness preference)
• 1/2 oz of fresh orange juice
• 2-3 blackberries for garnish and muddling
• Soda Water
• Fresh Mint for garnish

In a shaker, muddle the fresh blackberries gently to release their juices. Add the Hedgerow gin, lemon juice, orange juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled. Top off with soda water for a fizzy finish. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few whole blackberries for a pop of colour and freshness.

Blackberry Spice Negroni

• 1 oz of Hedgerow Gin
• 1 oz of Campari
• 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth
• orange peel for garnish

In a mixing glass, combine the first three ingredients. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with large ice cubes. Express the orange peel over the drink by giving it a twist to release the oils, the drop it in the glass.
