Cocktails:

Hoppy Gin Fizz:

• 2 oz of Hip Hop Gin
• 3/4 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust for sweetness preference)
• 1 egg white (for foam, optional)
• Soda Water
• Lemon Wedge
• Ice

In a cocktail shaker, combine the first four ingredients. Shake vigorously without ice for 10-15 seconds to create foam. Add the ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice, and top off with soda water. Stir gently, and garnish with a lemon wedge.

• 2 oz of Hip Hop Gin
• 2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
• 2 oz tonic water
• 2 sprigs rosemary
• Grapefruit wedge for garnish
• Ice
