Orchard Cask Gin

Crafted on the West Coast, our Orchard Cask Gin is a spirit where the field meets the cellar. This small batch gin begins with farm foraged botanicals and is then rested in oak casks that once held our flavourful Aged Orchard Brandy. The result is a golden, complex spirit where bright juniper notes are softened by layers of baked apple and vanilla. 

Whether sipped neat, or stirred into a barrel-aged martini, this gin delivers depth, character, and a distinctly wild elegance.

Try it in an Old Fashion:

Add 2 ice cubes to your favourite cocktail glass. Stir in:

- 1 oz of Orchard Cask Gin

- 1/2 oz of honey syrup

- one dash of Angostura bitters

Gently stir, and garnish with a slice of orange.
